Just got back from Brian and Erica Rabeau’s reception at the Rusty Pelican this past Saturday night. The place was decorated to the 9’s and we added to the decor with our uplighitng, monogram lighting, and dance floor lighting. It looked amazing! We got to work with Jenny from KC Photography and it’s always a pleasure, can’t wait to see her photos!!! The staff at the Rusty Pelican was wonderful to work with, I had been in contact with Don and have nothing but great things to say about him. They turned the room over in a blink of an eye and helped my crew and I make things look fantastic!
We set up a photo slide show with remote sound in their cocktail room and then when it was time for the reception to begin, all the guest came over to the Grand Ballroom where we were set up. After the introduction we were served dinner (the food was excellent) and all the formalities happened after dinner. Once we opened the dance floor though, the party went into overdrive. So many fun people, we had a blast! I had Jonah and Amanda from my company with me and they did a great job as always!
Some of the highlights of the evening:
1st Dance: At Last
Center Piece Give Away: Yakety Sax
Introduction: 20th Century Fox and 2001 Space Odyssey
Last Dance: It’s Your Love
I truly enjoyed getting to know Brian and Erica. They are such special people and I know they are going to have an amazing life together. Hope to get asked back for their 25th wedding anniversary party

Kyle and I worked together to DJ a small party for eBridge Solutions. We brought our our game show system as well as karaoke for a night of celebration. eBridge is one of Tampa Bay’s fastest growing companies and they were celebrating their 8th anniversary. For a small group, they were so much fun. This was the best Game Show event we have ever done! They had so much fun and so did we. Check out the photos and the video to see for your self. Amazing night!

Match made in heaven!
This wedding ceremony and reception was off the chain! I was invited to be the DJ for Carolyn and Curtis Lewis’s wedding reception at the Sheraton Suites in Tampa Florida. Carolyn had an incredible vision for her wedding day and it was a treat to be a part of it. Along with providing the music for ceremony and dance portion of the reception, I also provided the uplighitng and the monogram on the dance floor.
Once we got to the dancing portion of the afternoon, the dance floor was packed. Carolyn and Curtis are truly blessed with wonderful family and friends. This wedding/reception is one that I will never forget.
Some of the highlights:
Processional to Victory
Grand Enterance to Ain’t No Stopping Us Now
1st Dance to At Last
Carolyn’s Sister Shirron singing Inseperable as a tribute
Last Dance to Let’s Get It On
Photos and a video are below … Enjoy!

November 14, 2008 Catie and Josh’s Wedding Celebration!

Lost in the moment together
Josh and Catie were on time for their introductions (we used Clocks from Coldplay) and went right into their 1st dance (In the Aeroplane over the Sea by Neutral Milk Hotel). All of their guests surrounded them on the dance floor, it was awesome! After the dance, Josh thanked everyone for coming and we went into dinner.
I got the opportunity to work with some great vendors today. Again, the staff at the Don Vicente was exceptional. I really enjoyed meeting and working with their photographer; Theresa Marie Jasper (her website is www.theresamariephotography.com) and her fiance (he assisted her on this one). The cake was delicious and very pretty, it was done by A Piece of Cake (www.cakestampa.com). I would love to tell you who did the flowers, but I didn’t get to meet them, but their work was gorgeous.
Josh and Catie were incredible to work with. Their family and friends, while small in number (there were about 50 guests), the were big in heart. The vast majority of them stayed for almost the entire reception. Josh and Catie told me that they didn’t expect a lot of dancing, but even with the eclectic play list, they had people on the dance floor all night long.
This reception was fun, elegante, and very personalized for the couple, I’m thankful that I was a part of their special day.
