Rothlisberger Reception 6 18 11 15 Sarah and Paul Rothlisberger Wedding Reception June 18, 2011 at Eaglebrooke

Every now and then we get to work with a Dream Team staff of vendors.  You know, people you’d hand pick if you were having a wedding.  Sarah and Paul built such a team for their wedding reception on June 18, 2011 at Eaglebrooke Golf and Country Club.  Eaglebrooke is one of the top facilities in all of central Florida with Beth Primmer and her staff kicking butt and taking names.  We got to work with Tim Hicklin from Storybook Weddings (one of my personal friends and amazing videographer).  They hired Deana Brower from Sassy Soiree as their coordinator and Kelly Day of Kelly Day Photography.  And to top it off, I tag teamed this one with Arnoldo again.  This was an incredible assembly of vendors, but we were no match for Sarah / Paul / and their guests.  It was such an awesome reception, non-stop action once we got to the dancing portion of the evening.  And with the lighting we provided, Eaglebrooke looked even more amazing then usual.

Paul and Sarah got our Entertainment Coordinator Package and our D’Elegance Lighting Package.

Some of their musical highlights:

Grand Intro: All You Need Is Love by The Beatles
1st Dance: Love Never Fails by Brandon Heath
Father / Daughter Dance: Daddy’s Little Girl by Michael Buble’
Last Dance: Marry Me by Train

Jason and Courtney Pate 16 Courtney and Jason Pate Wedding Reception 6 4 11 at Lake Ashton

I don’t get the opportunity to work for people I know before they become clients, so that is why this one was so special for me!  Both Courtney and Jason go to the same church that my family does.  It was crazy seeing so many people that I knew at their reception, such a blast!  Ashly Olivier (pulling double duty as both Courtney’s Maid of Honor and as her wedding planner ) did an amazing job with the decor and it’s always a pleasure to work at Lake Ashton!  We provided the lighting decor as well as the entertainment.  I got to work with my good buddy Arnoldo as we worked as the DJ / MC combo.  It was a blast of a night, you should check out the video and photos below (Arnoldo shot all the photos for this one).

Their package was our Entertainment Coordinator Package with our D’Elegance Lighting Package.

Some of their musical highlights:

Grand Intro: All My Rowdy Friends Are Coming Over Tonight by Hank Williams Jr.
Father / Daughter Dance: Daddy’s Little Girl by Faith Hill

Bogue Reception 3 11 11 2 Shana and Brandon Bogue March 11, 2011

Shana and Brandon had one of the coolest wedding receptions I’ve ever been a part of.  Not only did their lighting package look amazing at The Castle – Holiday Inn Orlando Resort, but how often does the King come to your reception?  Yes, Elvis was in attendance and he honored the couple with several of his greatest hits.   When we got to the dancing portion of the reception, their choice in music was awesome!  Check out the video to see for yourself icon smile Shana and Brandon Bogue March 11, 2011

Some musical highlights:

Hagan Reception 11 06 10 19 Larae and Robert Hagan Wedding Reception October 16, 2010Larae and Robert were great to work with!  When we did our final consult, basically what I was told is that they want their guests to have a great time.  Robert wanted lots of country songs that were good ole party favorites.  Larae wanted fun dance music.  We meshed the two together for a tremendous party!

The Sorosis building was decorated fabulously and Terri Lobb Catering did a fantastic job as always.  The monogram and lighting were a nice touch to everything else that Larae and Robert selected.  I truly enjoyed working with them and their family!

Some muscial highlights …

- Intro Song: Let’s Go (Instrumental) by Trick Daddy
- 1st Dance: I Cross My Heart by George Strait
- Cake Cutting: Keeper of the Stars by Tracy Byrd
- Father/Bride: Stealing Cinderella by Chuck Hicks

Lake Ashton is one of the most beautiful venues in Central Florida and with the decor that Britni and John picked, it just popped! Britni wanted her reception to be filled with fun and dancing, especially current dance music. I got to mix songs that I rarely get requested at weddings, it was great fun!!

Some of the highlights of the evening:

- 1st dance: Making Memories of Us (this was a special song that John picked for Britni)
- Parents Dances: The Man You’ve Become (John and his mom Janet) and I Loved Her 1st (Britni and her dad Robin)
- Cake Cutting song: What a Wonderful World
- Bridal Party Dance: Friends by Michael W Smith into Cupid Shuffle

Also had the pleasure of finally working with Rachel Absher. Seams like we’ve been running in the same circles for a long time, but I’ve admired her photography work for a long time. Check her out at here (Click Here to see her blog).

This reception was Epic! Check out the photos and video below to see just how awesome it was. Please leave me a comment and as always ENJOY icon smile Britni and Jonathan Hall Wedding Reception November 13, 2010

IMG 3799 Wedding DJ in Tampa Fl Clearwater Wedding Disc Jockey at Rusty Pelican Rabeau Reception 11 07 09

Just got back from Brian and Erica Rabeau’s reception at the Rusty Pelican this past Saturday night.  The place was decorated to the 9′s and we added to the decor with our uplighitng, monogram lighting, and dance floor lighting.  It looked amazing!  We got to work with Jenny from KC Photography and it’s always a pleasure, can’t wait to see her photos!!!  The staff at the Rusty Pelican was wonderful to work with, I had been in contact with Don and have nothing but great things to say about him.  They turned the room over in a blink of an eye and helped my crew and I make things look fantastic!

We set up a photo slide show with remote sound in their cocktail room and then when it was time for the reception to begin, all the guest came over to the Grand Ballroom where we were set up.  After the introduction we were served dinner (the food was excellent) and all the formalities happened after dinner.  Once we opened the dance floor though, the party went into overdrive.  So many fun people, we had a blast!  I had Jonah and Amanda from my company with me and they did a great job as always!

Some of the highlights of the evening:

1st Dance: At Last
Center Piece Give Away: Yakety Sax
Introduction: 20th Century Fox and 2001 Space Odyssey
Last Dance: It’s Your Love

I truly enjoyed getting to know Brian and Erica.  They are such special people and I know they are going to have an amazing life together.  Hope to get asked back for their 25th wedding anniversary party icon smile Wedding DJ in Tampa Fl Clearwater Wedding Disc Jockey at Rusty Pelican Rabeau Reception 11 07 09   Check out the photos and video below.  Please remember to leave positive comments …. and as always, enjoy! Kaylee and her guest working it on the dance floor.

Arnoldo and I got to pair up to be the DJ and Master of Ceremonies for Mason and Kaylee Cobb’s wedding reception at Kaylee’s parents house in Avon Park, FL.  The set up for an outside reception for 400 people.  To accomodate, we brought out the big guns.  4 Bose sticks with subs (over $10,000.00 in audio) and it sounded incredible.  Plenty of sound to cover that many guests outside (and don’t even get me started about how loud it got once we got to dancing, with plenty of headroom).

This reception is another rare case of where I never met the bride or groom until the reception.  We were hired by Gini Beth Henderson their wedding coordinator (http://www.ginibethsweddingsandmore.com) and it was wonderful working with her and her staff.  Ginibeth runs a tight ship and we were actually ahead of schedule all night long.  You can see some of Ginibeth’s handywork in the photos below.  We also got to work with Alex Gilliard, Kaylee and Mason’s photographer (http://www.alexgilliard.com/?p=565) and he was great to work with!  You can see his photos from their wedding by clicking his hyperlink.  Also the cakes were provided by  Cookie Jar from Bartow (beautiful and tasty)!

I did get to do an over the phone consult with Kaylee and Mason and I could tell that this was going to be  fun reception!  They requested lots of great songs for Arnoldo to work with and as usually Arnoldo kept the dance floor packed, check out the photos below to get an idea of how much fun everyone was having.  Some of the highlights from the reception:

- Introduction to Get Ready for this with Michael Buffer intro
- First dance to I Cross My Heart
- Parents Dances to I Loved Her 1st (Kaylee and her dad) and My Wish (Mason and his mom)
- Cake Cutting to How Sweet It Is by Marvin Gaye
- Anniversary dance to Remember When

Some of the dance songs that got the best reaction included Copperhead Road, Cha Cha Slide, Electric Slide, and Cupid Shuffle (they loved the line dances).  It was a beautiful night and I’m very thankful that we were invited to be a part of their celebration.  Photos and video below, enjoy! Match made in heaven!

This wedding ceremony and reception was off the chain!  I was invited to be the DJ for Carolyn and Curtis Lewis’s wedding reception at the Sheraton Suites in Tampa Florida.  Carolyn had an incredible vision for her wedding day and it was a treat to be a part of it.   Along with providing the music for ceremony and dance portion of the reception, I also provided the uplighitng and the monogram on the dance floor.

Once we got to the dancing portion of the afternoon, the dance floor was packed.  Carolyn and Curtis are truly blessed with wonderful family and friends.  This wedding/reception is one that I will never forget.

Some of the highlights:

A Premier Entertainment DJ DJs DJs and KC Enterprises Photography Photographers for Wedding and Reception.

We truly enjoyed meeting so many wonderful brides at the PC Bridal Exhibit and Market Place on March 1st, 2009.  I took a couple photos and some video from the show.  I was told there were over 300 brides in attendance.  Our company provided the stage lighting, the sound for the stage, sound for the seminar room, and the monogram that was above the seminar room.

Also, I got the opportunity to share with my very own seminar … Tips to an Awesome Reception.  All in all, it was a wonderful day.  I look forward to meeting with many of the brides that signed up for a consult at our booth.  Enjoy the photos (Check back for a video soon)!
