This was my 1st time working with Centerstate Bank (in fact this was the 1st time that they had a DJ for their Christmas Party) and I have to say that I had so much fun with this group, I can’t wait to be asked back next year!  They held their party at Lake Region Yacht and Country Club (one of Polk Counties best kept secrets for having any type of party) and they did it up right!  Their buffet looked amazing with a Prime Rib carving station to boot!  For desert they had a make your own strawberry short cake station, delicous!

As for the party, we hit the ground running!  My dance floor was packed almost the entire night, it was fantastic!  There was an awards ceremony in the middle of dancing and even when that was over we picked up right where we left off, with a packed floor!  One of the branches even had their own dance to Stayin’ Alive (you got to watch the video to see how cool that was).  This was such a great group and the perfect way to end my events for 2009!

I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Blessed 2010 … see you next year!  In the mean time, enjoy the photos and videos from this party, leave me positive comments (you know I love em’) and … as always, enjoy :)

THANKS FOR THE GREAT PICTURES AND U TUBE VIDIO, ALL WAS GREAT EXCEPT THE VIDIO COULD HAVE USED A LITTLE MORE LIGHT. THANKS FOR SHARING ! GH

Thanks for the comments! The video actually looks pretty good on my computer, youtube for some reason darkens the video (I don’t know if they do it or if it’s just part of the process when uploaded). It’s frustrating because the video from this event was great!

  3. Craig Says:

BULL CRAP. You only post the successful events. I saw vids of a wedding you did had the same darkness. Dont try to blame that on you tube. Suck it up like a man. Over zealous and over priced.

    Craig,

I thought about just trashing your comments, but I figured since it’s my blog and I encourage people to leave feedback, I’d respond to your attack.

1 – Unless your the Youtube police or have invested lots of money on investigating me, you have no idea about the quality of the video that I took and how it looked on my computer during editing. I have no idea what you mean about manning up since I’m not a videographer (didn’t claim to be) and the point of the video was to showcase my company and what type of show you can expect from us.

2 – I take video blogs of all of my events since I’ve starting doing this. There are currently 4 clients that I can think of that I don’t have their videos posted (2 asked me to remove the videos, one was a repeat client that was one of the previous 2, and one that was a celebrity and didn’t want any footage of her wedding on youtube). If you had bothered to look at the dates of the events you could have figured out this on your own.

3 – My clients have given me high marks for value so to them I guess I’m not over priced, but a great value! I don’t even know how to respond to the over zealous comment as there was no basis for it and it didn’t make any sense.

If you don’t like what I do, please don’t torture yourself by viewing any more of my blogs or videos. Best wishes!
